Responsibilities

Responsibilities
– Oversee and manage all steps/workflow of the live streaming process to ensure smooth and efficient live broadcasts.
– Monitor the overview of live room quality, lighting, audio, and internet connection before and during the live stream.
– Manage backend systems such as switching camera angles, displaying products, enabling/disabling promotions, and controlling on-screen messages.
– Track and analyze real-time data during the broadcast, including viewer count, sales performance, and audience engagement.
– Coordinate with and provide support to the production team and streamer throughout the live session.
– Assist in planning and preparing equipment, as well as managing any troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
– Collect post stream data to generate reports and improve future live stream performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 0-1 experience in live-stream control.
– Basic understanding of live streaming operations and streaming systems.
– Proficiency in computer usage and live-stream control software.
– Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work well in a team.
– Experience in live streaming or e-commerce is a plus.
