Live Streaming Team Leader - Sheep Gadget Co., Ltd.

• Drive Sheep's Live Streaming team on the overall Sales & Marketing performance of each livestream, providing guidance and feedback along the way.
• Manage Live Performance and Stock availability on multiple platforms, ensuring that all goals are met.
• Create and Manage workflows of Live streams by assigning tasks to team members, reviewing their progress, and making revisions as needed.
• Provide Guidance on sales script and sales pitch along with comment responses to viewers enquiries by providing professional advice during live streaming.
• Proficient in interacting with the audiences to generate engagement and drive sales.
• Execute live stream promotional campaigns to achieve sales target.
• Constantly research and keep update of the latest marketing trends, emerging technologies and digital tools to produce high quality contents.
• Track and monitor Livestream performance in accordance with internal teams and goals.

• At least 3-5 years of Live-Streaming experience.
• E-Commerce experience as a brand owner is an advantage
• Proficient in interacting with the audiences to generate engagement and drive sales.
• Good hands-on experience in project management
• Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
• Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
• Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills
