1.งานเอกสารเเละภาษี

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและจัดเก็บใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ
• ติดตามใบกำกับภาษีจาก Supplier และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วน
• จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (Input Tax Report) เพื่อใช้ประกอบการยื่นแบบประจำเดือน

2. การบันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่าย (Expense Recording)

• บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายสาธารณูปโภค (ค่าน้ำ, ค่าไฟ, ค่าเช่า, ค่าส่วนกลาง) ของสาขาทั้ง 11 สาขา
• บันทึกรายการภาษี/ค่าธรรมเนียมจากเครื่องรูดบัตร (EDC)
• บันทึกใบกำกับภาษีและค่าใช้จ่ายจากการขายผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. งานภาษีหัก ณ ที่ จ่าย

• จัดทำใบรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ) สำหรับแบบ ภ.ง.ด.3 และ ภ.ง.ด.53
• บริหารจัดการและจัดส่งเอกสารใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ให้แก่ Supplier ทางไปรษณีย์เป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์

4. งานสนับสนุนอื่นๆ

• ประสานงานกับสาขาและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมเอกสาร
• สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ในสายงานบัญชีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• จัดเก็บต้นฉบับของเอกสารสัญญาและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไว้ในห้องมั่นคงให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนและมีความปลอดภัย
• จัดเก็บเอกสารสัญญาและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้อยู่ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วนและมีความปลอดภัย

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี การเงินเเละธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์
• ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
• เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50 ขึ้นไป 
• อายุ 23-28
• กล้าตัดสินใจในการทำงานได้ดี 
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และพร้อมพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่เสมอที่จะเรียนรู้ตลอดเวลา
