Responsibilities
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์และมาตรฐานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้สอดคล้องกับลักษณะธุรกิจและทิศทางการดำเนินงานของตลาดสี่มุมเมือง
- กำกับและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- รายงานสถานการณ์ความเสี่ยง เหตุการณ์สำคัญ และผลการดำเนินงานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- กำกับดูแลระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยโดยรวมของตลาด ครอบคลุมการรักษาความปลอดภัยพื้นที่ การควบคุมการเข้า–ออก การตรวจตราพื้นที่ และการรักษาความปลอดภัยทรัพย์สิน
- วางแผนและกำหนดแนวทางการตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เช่น อาชญากรรม การทะเลาะวิวาท เหตุรุนแรง อุบัติเหตุ เพลิงไหม้ ภัยพิบัติ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อชีวิต ทรัพย์สิน และการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- เป็นผู้นำและกำกับการบริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์สำคัญ โดยประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยและความสูญเสียที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่และกระบวนการดำเนินงานขององค์กร
- กำกับดูแลการใช้และพัฒนาระบบ CCTV, Access Control, ระบบสื่อสาร และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยอื่น ๆ ให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่และเหมาะสมกับระดับความเสี่ยง
- บริหาร พัฒนา และยกระดับศักยภาพของทีมงานรักษาความปลอดภัยให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานที่เหมาะสม
- สร้างและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ตำรวจ หน่วยงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยกู้ภัย และหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น
- ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับประเด็นด้านความปลอดภัยที่อาจส่งผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ ความเชื่อมั่น และการดำเนินธุรกิจขององค์กร
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุระหว่าง 40-50 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการจัดการความปลอดภัย, การบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, รัฐศาสตร์, อาชญาวิทยา, การบริหารความเสี่ยง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Security, Safety, หรือ Risk Management อย่างน้อย 10 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานรักษาความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ หรือองค์กรที่มีความซับซ้อนและมีผู้ใช้บริการจำนวนมาก
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการ Security Operations และผู้ให้บริการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายนอก (Security Service Provider / Outsourced Security Guard)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Emergency & Crisis Management รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนเผชิญเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Response Plan) และการซ้อมแผน
- มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ CCTV, Access Control และ Security Technology รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านความปลอดภัย
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมขนาดใหญ่, การกำหนดตัวชี้วัดผลงาน (KPI), การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการบริหารจัดการผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ, หน่วยงานราชการ, หน่วยกู้ภัย และหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้าน Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Decision-Making และ Crisis Management สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและตัดสินใจในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้ดี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตสูง, มีวุฒิภาวะ, ความรับผิดชอบ และยึดมั่นในหลักธรรมาภิบาล
- ประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจ Logistics, Distribution Center, Shopping Mall, Factory, Large Facility, Hotel, Hospital หรือธุรกิจที่มีพื้นที่และผู้ใช้บริการจำนวนมาก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใบรับรองหรือคุณวุฒิด้าน Security, Risk Management, Crisis Management หรือ Business Continuity จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
