Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
- Manage payroll, social security, and statutory submissions.
- Prepare tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT) in compliance with Thai regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare annual financial statements.
- Support expatriate management and corporate secretarial matters.
- Supervise junior staff and support client accounting operations.
- Manage accounting administration tasks, including issuing invoices, receipts, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, government authorities, and other third parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and process online payments through internet banking platforms, including payment schedules and supporting documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, and follow up on outstanding matters when required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper document filing.
- Perform other accounting, administrative, and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, CPD License is a must
- Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax regulation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting including handling full set of accounts, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience in an accounting firm is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple clients and working in a service-oriented environment.
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
