Responsibilities
- ระบุและจัดหาครีเอเตอร์หรืออินฟลูเอนเซอร์ที่เหมาะสมกับแคมเปญของแบรนด์
- ประสานงานและเจรจาข้อตกลงกับครีเอเตอร์หรืออินฟลูเอนเซอร์
- จัดการการจัดส่งสินค้าและติดตามผลลัพธ์จากการรีวิวหรือโปรโมท
- จัดเก็บลิงก์ผลงานและข้อมูลผลลัพธ์จากแคมเปญ
- สร้างและดูแลฐานข้อมูล Creator/Affiliate ของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดหาครีเอเตอร์หรือการตลาดดิจิทัล 1-2 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- ความเข้าใจในการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น TikTok Creator Marketplace
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการหลายโครงการพร้อมกันได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างเครือข่ายครีเอเตอร์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
