ตัดสินใจและการค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานะการขนส่ง ใบเสร็จ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสานงานกับทีมภายในและคู่ค้าขนส่งเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและรับรองความสำเร็จของการขนส่ง
บันทึกข้อมูลและรายละเอียดการขนส่งสินค้าลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับตัวเลือกการขนส่ง เอกสาร และกระบวนการ
Qualifications
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้คล่อง
- ควรมีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมปลายขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานขนส่งสินค้าอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- เข้าใจกระบวนการขนส่งสินค้าและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งจากการพูด การเขียน และภาษาจีน เพื่อติดต่อกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ มีความอดทนและสามารถจัดการกับสถานการณ์ที่เร่งด่วน
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบสารสนเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับลูกค้าในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นความเร็วและความแม่นยำ
