Sales Engineer - Elec & Eltek (Thailand) Limited

In this Sales Engineer role, you will provide essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks and correspondence. You will be responsible for meticulously processing new orders upon receipt of customer Purchase Orders, ensuring data accuracy for unit price, quantity, and scheduled delivery dates, and monitoring their entry into the system. You will also develop order booking plans based on customer forecasts and serve as a key liaison, supporting customers with delivery schedules and various inquiries, including communicating requests for order changes such as pull-ins, pull-outs, postponements, or cancellations. Furthermore, you will assist the sales team with post-sales service follow-ups and provide regular sales data reports to support supervisors. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
