QC Engineer

1. Taking quality ownership of all raw materials used in the plant.

2. Taking ownership of supplier status monitoring, reporting, continuous improvement, local supplier audits and

3. Supporting the local supplier approval process.

4. Supporting and participating in raw material quality-related projects.

5. Creating continuous improvement of all supplier quality-related processes.

6. Monitoring supplier complaint situations.

7. Verifying supplier corrective actions resulting from complaints, 8D reports, and audits.

8. Participating in internal and external audits and supporting the corrective actions following audits.

9. Monitoring, recording, and controlling audit corrective actions of suppliers.

10. Reporting on all KPIs related to SQC

11. Inspect and control the quality of raw materials from suppliers

12. Following up on supplier quality problems

13. Other tasks as assigned

Measurement Lab Engineer

1. Write the CMM program and Keyence as per the drawing requirements from customer.

2. GD&T drawing knowledge and measurement tool selection to meet the criteria

3. Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results

4. Manage measuring plan to meet with production, incoming part schedule

5. Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment

Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs

Staying current on technical and scientific advances in their field
