Planning Officer - BKF Aerospace Co.,Ltd

1. Support production planning activities including daily/weekly production schedules and work order preparation.
2. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure production plans are executed smoothly.
3. Assist in monitoring material availability, WIP status, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
4. Update and maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
5. Prepare basic planning reports, schedules, and status updates in English for internal and external communication.
6. Support meetings, email communications, and documentation with overseas customers or suppliers (if assigned).
7. Assist the Planning Supervisor/Manager in ad-hoc planning tasks and continuous improvement activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in manufacturing or internships will be an advantage).
3. Good command of English (written and spoken); able to communicate via email and basic meetings in English.
4. Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing environments is a plus.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn.
7. Good coordination and communication skills.

1. Internship or project experience in manufacturing, planning, or supply chain.
2. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
3. Interest in working with international customers or global supply chains.
