Purchasing Officer - Oversea Supply Chain - BKF Aerospace Co.,Ltd

• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified overseas suppliers in alignment with company procurement standards.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including RFQs, price negotiations, purchase orders, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, quality control) to ensure procurement meets technical specifications and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data in ERP systems.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, import/export requirements, and logistics trends affecting procurement.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and strategic sourcing projects.
• Communicate proactively with global vendors and internal teams in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international purchasing or supply chain roles, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and international logistics.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• TOEIC score 600 or above (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with suppliers in Asia, Europe, or the U.S.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IATF16949 or AS9100 (for Aerospace industry).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or cost-saving strategies in procurement.
