Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบและความพร้อมขององค์กรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- วางแผนและบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง พร้อมป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ดำเนินการตามแผน ติดตามผล และนำ Feedback มาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- พัฒนาและสื่อสารแผนการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เหมาะกับแต่ละกลุ่ม เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและการยอมรับ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ป.ตรี สังคมศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ สาขาจิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน : 1 ปีขึ้นไป
