Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการ ดูแล บำรุงรักษาระบบฐานข้อมูลขององค์กรให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เสถียร และปลอดภัย
- จัดการสิทธิการเข้าถึงข้อมูล วางแผนสำรองและกู้คืนข้อมูล (Backup & Recovery) ป้องกันการรั่วไหล และเฝ้าระวังภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเพื่อให้ระบบฐานข้อมูลพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
- เตรียมความพร้อมใช้งาน (Monitoring, Maintenance, Patch/Upgrade)
- สนับสนุนแก้ปัญหาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบ (Troubleshooting, Incident/Change Management)
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ป.ตรี / ป.โท สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, ระบบสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในสาย Database Administrator หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง : 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ใช้งานเครื่องมือดูแลฐานข้อมูล เช่น SSMS/SQL Server Agent/Profiler หรือ Oracle Enterprise Manager/RMAN หรือ pgAdmin/psql
- ใช้งานเครื่องมือเฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ เช่น Zabbix/Prometheus-Grafana
- ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ log เพื่อวินิจฉัยปัญหา ประสิทธิภาพ และความปลอดภัย
