Responsibilities
• Issue business documents e.g., invoices, tax invoices, receipts, tax certificates, etc.
• Record all accounting entries including, sale, purchase, receive, payment, and adjustment.
• Control inventory and fixed assets including maintaining stock cards and fixed asset registers.
• Assist supervisor in preparing tax returns, accounting closing, and all supporting information.
• Coordinate/ follow up with suppliers, customers, and other departments within the company.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• New graduate or at least 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and coordination skills and ability to work as a team
• Good knowledge of account and VAT
• Experience in the accounting system (Express) will be an advantage.
• Adhere to deadlines and ability to work under time pressure.
