Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องเอทีเอ็ม ผ่านมอร์นิเตอร์ for HOTS Products (ATM etc.)
- งานเป็นกะ
- ให้คําแนะนําการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแจ้งงานเข้าตรวจสอบ และซ่อมแซมเครื่องเอทีเอ็ม
- ทำเอกสาร จัดเก็บข้อมูลเครื่องเอทีเอ็ม
- ติดตามผล และจัดทำสรุปเป็นรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- อ่านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-2 ปีในการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคด้านไอทีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์คอมพิวเตอร์
- ทักษะงานบริการ และการประสานงาน
- ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
