Responsibilities
• Monitor the infrastructure environment and application services for stability and performance.
• Basis network and system troubleshooting, daily system monitoring
• Respond to and resolve critical server ,application and system alert.
• Monitor the infrastructure environment and application services for stability and performance.
• Coordinate with technicians Follow up and coordinate until the job can be closed in the specified time.
• Report all service impacting issues of detection.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of systems and Network Infrastructure
• Coordinate, oversee, analyze and maintain computer systems.
• Ability to document processes and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
• Ability to arrange job stream using Job Scheduler Tools
• Ability to execute jobs using Job Scheduler Tools
• Ability to work on shifts
• Ability to communicate in English reading and writing
• Graduated in Computer science, engineering, information, or related
