Responsibilities
• ติดตามแผนงาน PM Machine
• Create Call บนระบบของบริษัทฯ EDS
• ติดตามช่างปิดงานให้ครบถ้วน ทันเวลา
• Close Call บนระบบของบริษัทฯ EDS
• รับ – ติดตาม เอกสารการปฏิบัติงานของช่าง CE Report
• ทำสรุป จัดเรียง นำส่งเอกสารตามรายงานรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน CE Report
• จัดการข้อมูล – บันทึกติดตามผลเพื่อรายงานหัวหน้างาน
• Support ข้อมูลให้กับช่าง และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• สรุปข้อมูลรายงานจากระบบรายวัน (PM Report)
• งานอื่นๆ ในแผนก ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• ความเข้าใจในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดี
• โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ความเข้าใจในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดี
• ปรับตัวได้ดีกับทุกสถานะการณ์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการทำงาน
• ลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
• การสื่อสาร และการประสานงานดี
• พื้นฐานทางภาษา ไทย, อังกฤษ
• ทำงานวันหยุดได้ (Standby)
