Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and promote the company's brand identity.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the preferences of the target audience, current market trends, and the branding activities of competitors.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of communication, ensuring consistent application across all communication materials.
- Oversee brand messaging and positioning, ensuring uniformity throughout all marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns, regularly providing reports and insights to management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify fresh opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute branding projects and campaigns, including managing budgets and adhering to timelines.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field, with a master's degree being preferable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English for effective written and verbal communication, enabling the creation of compelling brand messaging and efficient idea presentation.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with IT/Digital marketing strategies and platforms, such as social media, content marketing, and SEO, is highly advantageous.
