Responsibilities

- Report submission to Social Security Office and provident fund matters on monthly basis.
- On/Offboarding new starters into the system and monitoring the probationary period.
- Preparation of letters and other documentation.
  Maintaining employee files and filing.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and support both recruiting and training.
- Create reports for the management team turnover, on/offboarding, interview list, etc.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and
  handling correspondence.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a combined administrative and HR role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
