- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of PV modules, inverters, transformers, and balance-of-system equipment.
- Conduct routine site inspections and oversee module cleaning and vegetation control.
- Monitor plant performance via SCADA / monitoring systems and respond to alarms and faults.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and coordinate repairs.
- Record maintenance activities and meter readings and prepare reports.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables at site.
- Comply with safety procedures and the permit-to-work system.
- Coordinate with the utility, subcontractors, and the O&M Manager.

- บันทึกกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาและค่าที่อ่านจากมิเตอร์ และจัดทำรายงาน
- บริหารอะไหล่ เครื่องมือ และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองที่หน้างาน
- ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนความปลอดภัยและระบบใบอนุญาตทำงาน (permit-to-work)
- ประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้า ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และผู้จัดการฝ่าย O&M
Day-to-Day Duties / หน้าที่ประจำวัน
- Check plant status, generation, and alarms at the start of the shift.
- Carry out scheduled preventive-maintenance tasks and inspections per the O&M plan.
- Respond to and rectify faults to restore generation.
- Log activities and readings in the maintenance / monitoring system.
- Oversee cleaning and vegetation crews and subcontractors on site.
- Report daily performance and issues to the O&M Manager.

Qualifications
- Vocational certificate, diploma, or bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in O&M or electrical maintenance (solar a plus).
- Able to read electrical drawings and use hand and measurement tools.
- Willing to be based at plant sites and work shifts / on-call.
- Valid driving license; basic English and computer skills.
- Physically fit for field work, including work at height.
- ปวช./ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในงาน O&M หรืองานบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า (งานโซลาร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- อ่านแบบไฟฟ้าได้ และใช้เครื่องมือช่างและเครื่องมือวัดได้
- สามารถประจำที่ไซต์โรงไฟฟ้าและทำงานเป็นกะ / พร้อมเรียกปฏิบัติงานได้
- มีใบขับขี่ และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
- มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงเหมาะกับงานภาคสนาม รวมถึงงานบนที่สูง
Certifications & Licenses / ใบอนุญาต / ใบรับรอง
- Electrical safety, work-at-height, or first-aid training is a plus.
- Electrician license or relevant vocational certificate is an advantage.
- Safety officer (จป.) training is a plus.

- Experience with solar PV O&M and SCADA / monitoring systems.
- Experience with HV/LV switching and inverter maintenance.
- Knowledge of PEA / MEA / EGAT operating requirements.
