Electrical Engineer - MOSS ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical designs, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, and protection coordination for PV systems.
• Select and specify inverters, transformers, switchgear, DC/AC cabling, and protective devices.
• Prepare BOQ and technical specifications for electrical equipment and support the procurement team.
• Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning at project sites.
• Coordinate with utilities (PEA/MEA/EGAT) on grid connection, permits, and metering.
• Ensure compliance with Thai electrical standards, IEC, and utility safety requirements.
• Review contractor and subcontractor work and resolve technical issues on site.
• Prepare as-built drawings and complete technical documentation.

• จัดทำและตรวจสอบแบบระบบไฟฟ้า ไดอะแกรมเส้นเดียว การคำนวณขนาดสายไฟ และการประสานสัมพันธ์ของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันสำหรับระบบโซลาร์เซลล์
• เลือกและกำหนดสเปกอินเวอร์เตอร์ หม้อแปลง ตู้สวิตช์เกียร์ สาย DC/AC และอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน
• จัดทำ BOQ และข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคของอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า และสนับสนุนทีมจัดซื้อ
• ควบคุมงานติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และการจ่ายไฟเข้าระบบไฟฟ้าที่หน้างานโครงการ
• ประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้า (กฟภ./กฟน./กฟผ.) เรื่องการเชื่อมต่อโครงข่าย ใบอนุญาต และการติดตั้งมิเตอร์
• ดูแลให้งานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการไฟฟ้าของไทย มาตรฐาน IEC และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยของการไฟฟ้า
• ตรวจสอบงานของผู้รับเหมาและผู้รับเหมาช่วง และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่หน้างาน
• จัดทำแบบ as-built และเอกสารทางเทคนิคให้ครบถ้วน

• Prepare and issue for-construction (IFC) electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and design calculations.
• Conduct site walkdowns to verify installation against approved drawings and standards.
• Witness cable testing, insulation resistance, earthing, and inverter/string commissioning.
• Track electrical work progress against the project schedule and report issues.
• Liaise daily with the construction team, subcontractors, and the utility inspector.
• Log site inspection results and update the technical documentation register.

• จัดทำและออกแบบเพื่อการก่อสร้าง (for-construction/IFC) แบบไฟฟ้า ไดอะแกรมเส้นเดียว และการคำนวณออกแบบ
• เดินตรวจหน้างานเพื่อยืนยันว่าการติดตั้งเป็นไปตามแบบที่อนุมัติและมาตรฐาน
• ควบคุมการทดสอบสายไฟ ค่าความต้านทานฉนวน ระบบกราวด์ และการเดินเครื่องอินเวอร์เตอร์/สตริง
• ติดตามความคืบหน้างานไฟฟ้าเทียบกับแผนงานโครงการ และรายงานปัญหา
• ประสานงานประจำวันกับทีมก่อสร้าง ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบของการไฟฟ้า
• บันทึกผลการตรวจหน้างานและปรับปรุงทะเบียนเอกสารทางเทคนิค

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in solar PV, power systems, or electrical construction.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and PV design software (e.g. PVsyst).
• Familiar with the PEA/MEA/EGAT grid code, grid connection  and permitting process.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to travel and work at project sites upcountry; valid driving license.

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 2-5 ปี ในงานโซลาร์เซลล์ ระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรืองานก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า
• ใช้งาน AutoCAD และโปรแกรมออกแบบระบบโซลาร์ (เช่น PVsyst) ได้
• คุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายและขออนุญาตกับ กฟภ./กฟน./กฟผ.
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
• สามารถเดินทางและทำงานที่หน้างานโครงการต่างจังหวัดได้ และมีใบขับขี่
  

• Associate Electrical Engineer license (ก.ว. / ภาคีวิศวกร) required.
• Professional Engineer (สามัญวิศวกร) license is an advantage.
• Safety training (e.g. work-at-height, electrical safety) is a plus.

• ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม ระดับภาคีวิศวกร (ก.ว.) สาขาไฟฟ้า
• ใบอนุญาตระดับสามัญวิศวกรจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ผ่านการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย (เช่น ทำงานบนที่สูง ความปลอดภัยทางไฟฟ้า) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  

• Experience with utility-scale or floating solar projects.
• Experience with SCADA, monitoring systems, or protection relay configuration.
• Knowledge of the ERC / IEC 61215 / IEC 62446 standards.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SCADA ระบบมอนิเตอริ่ง หรือการตั้งค่ารีเลย์ป้องกัน
