        Thai Refined Salt Co., Ltd., a leader in the distribution of premium grade industrial salt and table/cooking salt, is a joint venture between Thai shareholders and AGC INC. of Japan. TRS’ salt is sourced from Asia’s premier producer of vacuum salt Pimai Salt Co., Ltd. with annual production capacity of 1.7 million tons per annum. 

        The company's modern manufacturing facility is located in Amphoe Pimai in Nakhonratchasima Province and was established to respond to the demand for premium grade salt both in the domestic and world markets. The company distributes both industrial salt to such industries as the chloro-alkali, dyeing, animal feed, food, and resin regenerating, etc. and table/cooking salt, the majority of which under the famous “Prung Thip” and “Tipp Salt” brands.
