Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Plan, initiate, and execute projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on quality, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams by providing regular project updates, status reports, and progress tracking.
- Ensure software quality and delivery standards through effective project governance, testing coordination, and release management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of project workflows, Agile practices, and team productivity to enhance overall software delivery performance.
- Support requirement gathering, business analysis, solution planning, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables align with business goals and customer expectations.
- Work closely with Technical Leads and Product Owners to ensure timely delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Age preferably between 25–35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Software Development, or related IT fields.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software delivery processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business requirements, project scope, and unexpected challenges.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications will be considered a plus.
