Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบวงจรชีวิตของโปรเจกต์ ตั้งแต่การออกแบบเบื้องต้นจนถึงการนำขึ้นสู่ระบบ Production
- พัฒนา ทดสอบ และดูแลระบบอย่างครบวงจร ทั้งด้าน Development, Testing, Deployment และ Monitoring
- วิเคราะห์และแปลง Requirement ให้เป็นแผนการพัฒนาที่ชัดเจนและนำไปปฏิบัติได้
- ใช้เครื่องมือ AI ในกระบวนการพัฒนาโค้ด การ Refactoring การ Debugging และการสร้าง Test
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบที่ Scalable, Maintainable และรองรับการเติบโตในอนาคต
- พัฒนาระบบที่เชื่อมต่อกับ LLMs หรือ AI Agents รวมถึงการออกแบบ Agentic Workflows และ RAG
- Deploy และจัดการ Services บน Cloud Infrastructure รวมถึงการดูแลสภาพแวดล้อม Containerized ด้วย Docker
- บริหารจัดการ CI/CD Pipeline เพื่อให้กระบวนการส่งมอบซอฟต์แวร์มีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์พัฒนา Python applications ระดับ Production 4 ปีขึ้นไป เชี่ยวชาญ FastAPI, Flask หรือ Django
- ใช้ AI Coding Tools เป็น workflow หลักในการทำงานจริง (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot ฯลฯ) — ไม่ใช่แค่เคยลองใช้
- เข้าใจ Prompt Engineering, Agentic Loops, Tool Use, Context Management และ RAG Workflow ในระดับที่นำไปใช้งานจริงได้
- ใช้งาน Docker, Linux, CI/CD ได้ และเคย Deploy ระบบขึ้น Production จริงด้วยตัวเอง
- เข้าใจ Clean Architecture, Design Patterns และ Scalable System Design
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Asynchronous Programming, API Design และ Database Architecture เป็นอย่างดี
