Job description
1. งานล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่น (หน้าที่หลัก)
- เป็นล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่น–ไทยในการประชุมและการประสานงานภายในบริษัท
- แปลเอกสาร รายงาน อีเมล และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานระหว่างผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นกับพนักงานไทย
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ล่ามในการเดินทางไปพบลูกค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย และการปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่
2. งานสนับสนุนฝ่ายขายและการตลาด (หน้าที่รอง)
- จัดทำเอกสาร รายงานยอดขาย และข้อมูลการตลาด
- จัดเตรียม Presentation และเอกสารประกอบการประชุม
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการตลาด และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาด งานสาธิตสินค้า และงานแสดงสินค้า
- ประสานงานด้านการเดินทางและงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับ JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป สามารถล่ามในการประชุมได้
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้
ใช้ Microsoft Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน
มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
