Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดเตรียมเอกสาร รายงาน และข้อมูลการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น รวมถึงแปลเอกสารที่จำเป็น
- บริหารจัดการข้อมูลและฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบันและถูกต้อง
- สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายหรืออีเวนต์ทางการตลาด
- ติดตามและรวบรวมข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานทางการตลาดเพื่อจัดทำรายงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการ การประสานงาน หรือการสนับสนุนงานการตลาด 1-5 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับดี (JLPT N2 หรือสูงกว่า)
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้คนได้ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
