Logistic Officer - Crisnam Chemical Limited

1    Take care all the import shipments until delivery cargo to customer as per PO.
2    Issue related documents include License for import cargo clearance
3    Checking related business documents.
4    Issue all the payment application according to company assign
5    Take care all the invoice, receipts ,billing notes and follow up the payment with customer 
6    Arrange the cargo delivery plan according to customer's  requirements
7    Work with warehouse staff to make sure all the stock in and out correctly
8   other task in case company need help

คุณสมบัติ 
• Age not over 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in related field of work
• Very Good command of English
• Strong interpersonal and Good negotiate and cooperative skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in import and custom clearance will be consideration
• Experience of working with freight forwarder and shipping companies will be consideration
• Strong interpersonal skills, decision making, problem solving skills and communication skills
• If have some experience in related field of work, it will be beneficial for consideration
• Service mined and able to work under pressure and solve immediate problem

คุณสมบัติ
1.อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
2.สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ (โลจิสติกส์และการจัดการซัพพลายเชน), การค้าระหว่างประเทศ, การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1–2 ปี
4.มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
5.มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
6.สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้แก่ Word, Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
7.หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้า (Import) และพิธีการศุลกากร (Customs Clearance) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8.หากมีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับบริษัท Freight Forwarder และบริษัทขนส่ง (Shipping Companies) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9.มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การตัดสินใจ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการสื่อสารที่ดี
10.หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพิจารณา
11.มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
