Safety Officer - SUNRAIN GROUP INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED

Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all operations adhere to the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Act and other relevant government regulations.

Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.

Inspections: Perform daily site patrols and regular inspections of machinery, electrical installations, and firefighting equipment.

Training & Orientation: Lead safety induction for new employees and contractors, and conduct regular toolbox talks and specialized safety training.

Emergency Preparedness: Plan and execute annual emergency drills, including fire evacuation, chemical spill response, and first aid training.

Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of any workplace accidents or near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

PPE Management: Supervise the distribution, proper use, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all departments.

Reporting: Maintain accurate health and safety records and submit required monthly/annual reports to management and regulatory bodies (e.g., Department of Labour Protection and Welfare).
