Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and champion a cohesive, high-performance working culture that aligns with the core values and future vision of the Sunrain Pencom brand across all nationalities and departments.
- Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of manufacturing personnel, including managing complex documentation such as MOU processes for Myanmar workers and BOI visa/work permit compliance for expatriates and experts from Taiwan and China.
- Design and implement coaching programs to improve the leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills of production line supervisors, ensuring effective leadership of diverse teams and upholding Pencom brand standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflicts across cultural and language barriers to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Manage and digitize HR ledgers, attendance records, and payroll inputs, ensuring all employee data, work schedules, and HR reports are accurately maintained and easily accessible for production management.
- Facilitate clear communication of company policies, safety protocols, and daily work orders, ensuring total alignment between Taiwanese/Chinese management, Thai supervisors, and Burmese operational staff.
- Maintain strict adherence to Thai labor laws, workplace safety regulations, BOI (Board of Investment) stipulations, and international labor standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in HRIS and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel/CSV) for managing large employee data sets.
- Practical understanding of Thai labor laws, the MOU system for migrant workers, and BOI visa processes.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and effective negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build a positive corporate culture.
- Native-level fluency in Thai and proficiency in English.
- Experience managing a multicultural workforce and driving organizational culture in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
- Conversational ability or fluency in Burmese or Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
