Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan aligned with business priorities
2. Lead audits across real estate development, property management, and hotel operations
3. Assess internal controls, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance
4. Deliver insightful audit reports with practical, value-added recommendations
5. Present findings to senior management and Audit Committee
6. Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement across business units
7. Support ERM framework and promote a strong GRC culture
8. Lead and develop a high-performing audit team
9. Oversee special reviews, investigations, and strategic audit initiatives
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are highly preferred.
3. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Risk Management.
4. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or service industries is strongly preferred.
5. Proven experience in managing teams at Manager level or above.
