Responsibilities
- ซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรการผลิต ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เมื่อเกิดการขัดข้อง เพื่อให้สายการผลิตสามารถกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และบำรุงรักษาตามแผน (Planned Maintenance) ตามตารางที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ พร้อมเปลี่ยนอะไหล่และหล่อลื่นเครื่องจักรตามรอบการบำรุงรักษา
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรด้านเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า นิวเมติก ไฮดรอลิก และระบบควบคุมเบื้องต้น
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้ง ย้าย ปรับปรุง หรือดัดแปลงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- ดูแลและซ่อมบำรุงระบบสาธารณูปโภคของโรงงาน เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบลมอัด ระบบน้ำ ระบบระบายอากาศ ระบบปรับอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอาคาร
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของอะไหล่ เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุง พร้อมแจ้งความต้องการเมื่อพบว่าไม่เพียงพอ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง รายงานการหยุดเครื่องจักร (Machine Downtime) รายการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ และเอกสารการบำรุงรักษาให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) และเสนอแนวทางป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement / Kaizen) และโครงการลดต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษา
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และมาตรฐานของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่ทำงานตามหลัก 5S
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การซ่อมบำรุงเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- 1.วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. หรือ ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, เครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- 3.หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน เครื่องฉีดพลาสติก (Injection Molding Machine) และ เครื่องจักร Assembly จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- 4.มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล นิวเมติก (Pneumatic) และไฮดรอลิก (Hydraulic)
- 5.สามารถอ่านแบบไฟฟ้า (Electrical Drawing) และแบบเครื่องกล (Mechanical Drawing) ได้
- 6.มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน PLC และสามารถตรวจสอบหรือแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
- 7.สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดและเครื่องมือช่างได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- 8.มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า (Troubleshooting & Problem Solving)
- 9.สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงานล่วงเวลา และปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดเมื่อมีความจำเป็น
- 10.มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

Responsibilities
- ซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรการผลิต ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เมื่อเกิดการขัดข้อง เพื่อให้สายการผลิตสามารถกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และบำรุงรักษาตามแผน (Planned Maintenance) ตามตารางที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ พร้อมเปลี่ยนอะไหล่และหล่อลื่นเครื่องจักรตามรอบการบำรุงรักษา
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรด้านเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า นิวเมติก ไฮดรอลิก และระบบควบคุมเบื้องต้น

Qualifications
