Responsibilities
- รับและตรวจสอบใบขอซื้อ (PR) พร้อมทบทวนรายละเอียดด้านเทคนิค
- คัดเลือก Supplier และดำเนินการขอใบเสนอราคา (RFQ)
- เปรียบเทียบราคา สเปก คุณภาพ และระยะเวลาส่งมอบ
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขทางการค้ากับผู้ขาย
- จัดทำเอกสารสั่งซื้อ (PO) และติดตามการส่งมอบ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม ซ่อมบำรุง ผลิต และคลังสินค้า
- ค้นหา Supplier รายใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มทางเลือกและลดต้นทุน
- ประเมินผล Supplier ด้านคุณภาพ ราคา และการส่งมอบ
- จัดทำรายงาน Cost Saving และ KPI ด้านการจัดซื้อ
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายจัดซื้อและระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อทางเทคนิคหรือจัดซื้อเครื่องจักร/อะไหล่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเข้าใจในสเปกทางวิศวกรรมและกระบวนการจัดซื้อสำหรับงานโครงการ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้จำหน่ายได้ดี และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนได้
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและระบบ SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
