Responsibilities
- Provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for after-sales equipment at customer sites
- Deliver on-call, remote, and on-site support for automation and control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and control system issues
- Prepare service reports and document encountered issues for future improvements
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve problems effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in process control, industrial automation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Understanding of measurement instruments and automation control systems (PLC, DCS)
- Ability to read and modify basic control programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
- TOEIC score of 500 or above.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites in other provinces
- Experience in control programming is a plus.
