Product Instructor engineer - CP Foton Sales Co., Ltd.

1.Responsible for Product training new models and existing or new features.

2.Collaborate with subject matter expert to design and develop tailored training programs and materials for the department or specific section.

3.Create engaging training content, including modules, presentations, manuals and multimedia resources to facilitate effective learning. Training Delivery .

4.Conduct training sessions for employees, ensuring that Product concepts are delivered clearly and concisely.

5. Utilize diverse training methods such as presentations, demonstrations, hand-on exercises and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.

6.Offer guidance and support to assist team members in overcoming challenges they may encounter in their tasks.

7.Maintain comprehensive documentation of training materials, processes and best practices.
