Responsibilities

-Pre Delivery inspection plan and routine maintenance stock for all vehicles in daily basis and monthly report to manager.
-Inspects vehicles for obvious damage,misaligned items and missing major components and others related to the quality.
-Create finding report after defect was found for warranty claim to get an approval and submit claim into the DMS within 5 working days.
-Coordinate within organization to repairs and replaces defective items until vehicle ready to completed for PDI .
-Implement plans for process improvements such as cost reductions, safety and quality concern based on defects and repairs found , failure by transportation, and warranty.
-Summary all expensed since vehicle gate in to stock yard and Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Sex:Male

Work Experience:Automotive industry background: 3-5 years

Education Background: Diploma certificate or Bachelor degree 

Age:35-50 Years old
Major Subject:Automotive or related field.
-Strong communication skil
- Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office like Excel.
- Excellent physical condition

What you will do
Job Summary

In this PDI Specialist role, you will be primarily responsible for planning pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and routine maintenance stock for all vehicles, along with preparing daily and monthly reports for management. You will meticulously inspect vehicles for any obvious damage, misaligned items, missing major components, and other quality-related issues. Upon identifying defects, you will create finding reports for warranty claims, secure approvals, and submit claims within five working days. Furthermore, you will coordinate internally to facilitate repairs and replacements of defective items until each vehicle is ready for PDI completion. You will also contribute to implementing process improvements focused on cost reduction, safety, and quality, based on defects found, repairs conducted, transportation failures, and warranty concerns, in addition to summarizing all expenses from vehicle gate-in to the stockyard.
