Responsibilities
-Prepare a yearly training plan and course announcement to dealers.
- Determine course content according to objectives.
-Prepare training material, classroom and all related.
- Evaluate technical employees and identify weaknesses.
- Conducting follow-up assessments to confirm employees' technical skills have improved.
-Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge.

Work Experience:Automotive industry background: 3-5 years
Education Background:Bachelor degree
Major Subject:Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
-Strong communication, coaching and training skill.
- Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details.
- Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken).
-High general computer skill in Ms Office
