Accounting Policy and Compliance

- Propose finance & accounting policies and plans including process and system which fit for the Company’s needs.

- Prepare PND 50, PND 51 and report to the Revenue Department.

- Submit financial statement to Department of Business Development.

Accounting Management

- Manage all financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

- Cost allocation in relation to finance, accounting, purchasing and operation and be a key person for all financial activities within the operation.

- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports as well as prepare forecasts of budget, income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows.

- Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.

- Provides proactive / unsolicited consultation, interpretation and education of complex financial and operational matters of various departmental leaders used to drive business decisions.

- Collaborates with other team managers to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis.

Report and Data Analysis

- Submit financial statement (Accounting as an Information System) to ECI

- Analyze actual budget and submit report (Management Information System)

- Prepare monthly report to Management

- Propose financial report - Package for CPG

 Accounting Audit

- Monitor and implement internal controls and audit to ensure reporting integrity and ensures proper accounting in accordance with Thailand regulations, accounting principles as well as local statutory requirements as well as estimate product costs to support quoting activities.

- Other tasks as assigned by the management.
