Responsibilities

 1. Dealer/customer spare parts DCMS system use training.
2. Handling the questions from dealer/customer, including technical questions, parts number checking, etc.
3. Spare parts technical information management, including EPC, recommand list, parts technical change, etc.
4. Subordinates parts development.

5. IT system support.

Qualifications

Sex : Male/Female
Age : 25-40 years old
Work Experience : 3 years+
Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher
Major Subject : Automotive, Mechanical engineering
- Good skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication for internal teams
- Proactive: Takes initiative to complete tasks and seek guidance when needed
- Good in English or Chinese Speaking (Advantage)
