Responsibilities

1. Review and verify monthly warranty claims submitted by dealers for approval.
2.Submit approved warranty claims to Foton International.
3.Prepare payment documentation for dealers based on approved claim amounts on a monthly basis.
4.Reconcile warranty claims and issue invoices to Foton International for reimbursement.
5.Conduct warranty system training for new dealers and organize the annual Warranty Seminar.
6.Prepare documentation for dealer warranty audits.
7.Prepare and submit monthly warranty claim reports to the Accounting Department, along with other assigned tasks.
8.Analytical product quality problem and approve claim with standard.
9.Assist dealers in submitting warranty claims in the system, ordering spare parts, and providing troubleshooting support for each case.

Qualifications

- Education   ฺBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Minimum 3-year experience in Automotive 
- Experience in automotive  customer service or related are preferable.
- Skill Strong interpersonal and communication skill Problem solving skill
- Good computer skills in MS office
- Self-motivation and adaptable 
- Good co-ordination in teamwork
