Responsibilities

1. Analyze the inventory structer.

2. Establish the inventory model.

3. Prepare re-stocking order and initial order for new product to ensure the first fullfil rate reachs 99%.

4. Output order (emergency or stock order) request based on BO and SOH.

5. Monitor the non-moving stock and dealing with it.

Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher
Major Subject :  Business, Marketing, Automotive
- Good skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication for internal teams
- Proactive: Takes initiative to complete tasks and seek guidance when needed
- Good in English or Chinese Speaking (Advantage)

Job Summary

In this Parts Inventory Reserve Analysis (Specialist) role, you will play a key part in managing spare parts inventory. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the existing inventory structure and establishing an effective inventory model. You will prepare re-stocking orders and initial orders for new products, aiming to achieve a 99% first-time fulfillment rate. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating emergency and stock order requests based on backorders and stock on hand, and proactively monitoring and addressing non-moving stock. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records, clear communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Good English or Chinese speaking skills will be an advantage.
