Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Supervise and support the sales team in developing freight forwarder business, co-loader accounts, and overseas agent relationships
• Identify new business opportunities with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and agent networks to increase shipment volume and revenue
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in air freight, sea freight, import/export, consolidation, and cross-border logistics services
• Conduct customer visits, business reviews, sales presentations, and commercial negotiations with partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, overseas agents, NVOCC partners, airlines, shipping partners, and logistics providers
• Monitor market freight trends, buying rates, and selling opportunities to maximize profit margin
• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and timely issue resolution for customers and partners
• Monitor revenue, shipment volume, gross profit, and sales pipeline performance
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years' experience as a Sales or related position in a freight forwarding, logistics sales, co-loader, or overseas agent business.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding business, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, Consol, CY/CFS, customs process, and logistics operations
• Strong network and relationship management skills with freight forwarders, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
• Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial management skills
• Good understanding of freight pricing, rate management, margin control, and market trends
