Responsibilities
- Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, and feedback to the Project Manager
- Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and feedback
- Recheck the M&E shop drawing, as-built drawing, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, and feedback
- Prepare update construction progress in formation for the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
- Review the M&E as-built drawing, performance test reports and instruction manuals prior handover to the Hotel Operations for their reference/use
- Compile the Handover report
- Estimation M&E work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in sales; experience in call centers will receive special consideration
- Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work
- Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Can use personal vehicle for work
