Responsibilities
- To attend daily and weekly site meetings, participate the site patrol ,discuss with the site team the events for which the
company can claim the contracting party, to record a minute of meeting in English language.
- To Initiate a notification and claim letter within a time bar as assigned by the Project Director or any chief in the related
department, record the number of such letters in a log sheet and follow up the change Log with the site team.
- Understanding clearly contractual right, scope of work, terms and conditions, and grounds for contract sum & claim.
- Understanding clearly baseline schedule, key date/milestone, document/certificate submission requirement.
- Understanding clearly procedure of change management and timeframe regarding the responsible project.
- To ensure all evidences such as certificate, approval, picture, progress, correspondence, MOM, work instruction, site memo, daily
report are documented properly as if there will be a dispute.
- To liaise with construction site in term of contractual and legal perspective.
- To coordinate with the international division to figure out how to tackle with the ongoing site situation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Age: 30-33 years old.
- Good command in English (TOEIC score > 750).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and AI programs.
- Adaptable, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
