Responsibilities

Overseeing the structural design process for a range of projects.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
Providing strategic direction and guidance to the structural design team.
Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations and specifications.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborating with clients, contractors and stakeholders to address design-related concerns.
Mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering design, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in the use of structural design software and analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Good English Skill.
Computer Knowledge : MS office, AutoCad, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAADPro.
Knowledge of Thai laws and regulations.
Understanding of construction permit application processes.
Possesses a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
