Mobile Device management (maintain records, inventory, security monitoring, kitting/setup, procurement, disposal, etc.)

Server management (maintain records, inventory, security monitoring, kitting/setup, procurement, disposal, etc.)

Software management (maintain records, inventory, license management, setup, procurement, disposal, etc.)

Infrastructure management (maintain records, health check, office network/IT setup/maintenance, etc.)

Security management (IT patrol, security incident response/reporting, etc.)

Administrations (maintain records, reporting, procurement, applications, training, assist IT budgeting, check IT service cost, vendor liaison, etc)

Help Desk (troubleshooting, user support)

Assist with regional IT projects and other assigned IT-related tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.

Good knowledge of Networking, and IT security, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, Python. (will be an advantage)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

English communication skills are an advantage. (TOEIC ≥ 500)

Able to work in other provinces (go to project site), work on weekend (sometime)
