Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and planning activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on material approvals, shop drawings, procurement status, and project actions.
- Support project planning, site coordination, and construction progress control.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, presentations, and meeting minutes (MOM).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Good command of English communication.
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus).
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work at construction sites and under project deadlines.
