Responsibilities
- ควบคุมวางแผนการก่อสร้างในทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างมีคุณภาพตามหลักวิศวกรรม
- จัดสรรงานให้กับทีมงานผู้รับเหมาที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ และรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ25-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาก่อสร้าง, โยธา (มีใบ กว.)
- สามารถจัดทำงบประมาณโครงการได่
- เคยผ่านงานบริษัทอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (Owner) อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- สามารถควบคุมงานก่อสร้างได้
- สามารถตรวจสอบประเมินผลงานก่อสร้างที่ผู้รับเหมาดำเนินการได้
- สามารถดูแลและซ่อมแซมงาที่เสียหายได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่อยงานราชการในพื้นที่และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโครงการได้
