Corporate Finance and Investor Relations - Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited

Responsibility

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management across real estate development projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models for project feasibility, investment analysis, and valuation (e.g., IRR, NPV, ROI).
• Conduct feasibility studies for new property developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Support capital structuring, project financing, and fundraising activities (debt and equity).
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external advisors for financing arrangements.
• Monitor project performance vs. financial projections and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Prepare investor materials including presentations, financial reports, annual reports, and disclosure documents.
• Act as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders.
• Organize investor meetings, analyst briefings, site visits, and company events (e.g., Opportunity Day).
• Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SET / SEC).
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry outlook to support communication strategy.
• Support ESG communication and corporate storytelling for investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance, or Investor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI or financial tools is a plus).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
