Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist residents, tenants, and visitors within the property.
• Coordinate and support all property facilities and concierge services.
• Handle complaints, requests, and service inquiries while ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with building operations, security, housekeeping, and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support resident engagement activities and create a positive living experience.
• Manage reservations for common areas, meeting rooms, and other facilities.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain service records.
• Ensure service quality aligns with the company’s standards and brand image.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Concierge, Hospitality, or Property Management.
• Pleasant personality with strong service-minded attitude and communication skills.
• Good command of English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Able to work in shifts and on weekends/public holidays if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
