Responsibilities
- Define the direction and strategy for high-rise real estate project development in alignment with business goals
- Manage the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects from initiation to handover
- Control project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to planned schedules
- Evaluate the feasibility of new projects and conduct comprehensive risk analysis
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams for successful project execution
- Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with all relevant development regulations
- Continuously develop and improve project development processes for enhanced efficiency
- Lead and manage the project development team to achieve high performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in high-rise real estate project development and management
- In-depth understanding of the real estate project development lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions in complex situations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for diverse stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and real estate development regulations
